FARGO — North Dakota State has added a new touch to its routine in road games that carry a later start time. Instead of hanging around a hotel all day, the Bison in the morning bussed to stadiums at Air Force and Sacramento State for a casual 15-minute light workout. It s a time for the players to take their cell phone photos, throw the ball around and generally hang out, a chance as head coach Tim Polasek put it to get the Snapchat and Instagram posts out of the way. They ll do the same on Saturday morning at UNLV s Allegiant Stadium, home to the NFL s Los Angeles Raiders. Getting to the field in the morning is just a good way to eliminate those distractions we talk about when we get to their field at night, said Bison quarterback Nathan Hayes.
